The manager was super sweet. Stood and had a long conversation with my family. Food was good👌

We ordered pick up. They did not call when the order was ready like they had said they would. We ordered 5 rolls. 3 of them were missing ingredients. 1 was mushy. The rolls were small. It was not worth the price.

Best sushi in town! They are crazy busy and you better make a reservation....

We LOVE this place. It is our favorite restaurant not only for the food, but for the friendly staff. They remember us, our order, and things about our personal life. They are always so good to us and provide us with the best service. There may be times on the weekend where they’re overly busy, but it is well worth the wait. Su has taught us a lot about sushi, even when we were intimidated by it at first, and now our love for sushi has grown tremendously! We highly recommend Ginza!

I love the entertainment. Our chef was particularly fun this evening. The food was wonderful. I don't know how they make the rice so amazing. It looks so simple. Maybe it's all the butter. Great experience for the price.

Food is bland, I’ve had great hibachi before and this isn’t it. All they use is the sauce to season the food and the service is stale and bland too.

We have eaten here quite a few time. Have always enjoyed the meal. It's a great way to have a experience and a great meal. Some cooks are little better than others but are all pretty good. Some are more interactive with us than others. If you have never tried you must try I'm sure you will enjoy it with the whole family.

Service was horrible had to hunt down waitress twice. Food was not fresh and took forever to be served. Could have been since it was a Friday evening. But the table next to us had a different waitress and she was very attentive to them and was quick with service. They sat down after us and received their food before us. Just luck of the draw and we got the short stick.

This place was excellent, my first time there was awesome. I tried new food while waiting on my steak and chicken combo. The hibachi cook had me laughing the entire time. It is expensive but beyond worth the price for the experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant! I’m in here probably 3 times a week getting sushi to go, and probably 5 times a month getting hibachi because their food is THAT good! The chef’s are all nice and accommodating, and so are the hostesses and waitresses as well. Food is great, and the atmosphere is nice too. I went in once with my 2 year old who was in a terrible mood, and the staff all played with her and gave her things to cheer her up, even a little wine glass for her water since she couldn’t have mine! Lol! Get the spicy California roll if you like sushi, because it’s to die for. Any of the hibachi is good and everything is reasonably priced, unlike other places. 5 stars from me and my family!

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. We had to wait ten minutes for the hostess to seat us. She was also working carry out and as a server. Then she sat us in the back where no one could see us. There were seats available in the main dining area. It took another ten minutes to get a server. We get ready to place our order and the server says it will be another 25 minutes. They claimed that they didn’t have enough people working that day, however we see one of their employees dip out and go to Starbucks while there was 15 - 18 people in line.

Decent food HORRIBLE employee interaction. None of our party will ever return.Chef- It wasn't the biggest deal, but we're not sure how appropriate it was for the chef to refer to my wife as "sexy mouth". She was not amused. After repeatedly telling the chef that we do not drink alcohol, we were repeatedly and individually pressed to drink Saki at the end of the meal. If that's your thing, fine. It isn't ours and didn't appreciate it.Waitress- Completely rude and dismissive from start. At end of the meal, someone in our group of 8(split checks) inadvertantly handed the wrong amount in cash(only providing a 12 cent tip). Instead of choosing any number of appropriate ways of handling it, the waitress loudly berates this person(a pastor by the way) in front of the restaurant and loudly proclaims that if he is only leaving a 12 cent tip,she was going to alter everyone's bill to add gratuity. There was no manager present and the waitress needs to be fired. We will never go back.

We decided to dine with Ginza based on the most recent reviews. We had not been to this establishment in a few years. The newly remodeled restaurant (well newly remodeled to us) was refreshing. The restaurant was at about 75% capacity at 8:15pm when we arrived. We were promptly seated at the hibachi with another family if 4. Service, food, value (proceeds and portion) and entertainment were all top notch hence the 5 star review. All staff was friendly courteous and very appreciative of our business. We had a great experience and all I can say give these folks a try!!!!

BEST fried rice and their "sexy sauce" makes it like no other hibachi restaurant. Been to many different hibachi grills and this is by FAR the best!

During the pandemic my family wanted to eat Ginza, so we called ahead of time to order and no one answered the phone. The food taste good though.

The hibachi aspect adds to the experience, with it's novel action and aromas in the background. I'm here for the Sushi. At Ginza you'll find what is no doubt the best sushi in the region. Others seem commercial/buffet by comparison. Ginza is not fancy, or pretentious. The chefs make good, reasonably authentic sushi and they get the rice right. Decent saki selection. Liquor barn, Starbucks, pie kitchen, dollar tree, gamestop, nails,and wacky discount clothes store all sharing the same parking lot. Nice. Easy. Treat yourself, you deserve it.

Food was ok. Had to send 1 place back for being cold. Sushi was good. Service was terrible though. I will be looking for a new sushi spot in the area.

Our family had a great time and the staff were amazing. The chefs were entertaining and funny as they interacted with our kids. The food was delicious.

Great food!! However the service was a little off. Took a little long to get drinks and when trying to order 🍣 sushi it was hard to know what you were ordering. There was no description of the sushi rolls and when trying to ask about them we couldn't get a good description either. The waiter seemed very rushed and too busy to help us. I would suggest they have a better sushi menu to explain everything or at least have pictures. I would still go again though.

Not once but on 2 separate occasions (in store and takeout) Ive ordered the filet mignon and received ny strip. The takeout order was honestly the smallest chewiest pieces of overcooked meat Ive ever received (remember, i was expecting rare filet) and when I was at the hibachi table i ordered my steak and the cook chopped it and mixed it in with the other diners ny strip and gave me a mixture of meat with one piece of filet. If it wasn't for the price difference i wouldnt be mad, but this is multiple times and if Im paying for something, im expecting what i pay for. The staff is usually very nice and accommodating, but they seem clueless and unorganized at times. That layered with the constant meal mistakes lead me to not enjoy Ginzas experience anymore.

Very friendly, great food/drinks and service.

The restaurant had a nice vibe to it. Keeping with the hibachi theme the cooks served up excellent performances. As for the food it was decent but not for the prices. The steaks didn't seem fresh and the shrimp and scallops were not of top quality. The rice and soup were excellent. A decent restaurant if you want to have a fun time

I'm absolutely addicted. I get takeout from here at least 7+ times a month from hibachi to sushi, everything I've had has been great (with the exception of like one sushi roll I just didn't care for). The service is kind of slow when you dine in but the food still tastes good so it's whatever, I guess.

After I posted comment below, they imporoved. Salad had more than lettuce and utincil and chopsticks were included this time for 22 beef hibachi take out order. Thank you! I ordered and went pick up take out Lunch for meeting from them but no utincil and no chopsticks came with it..... Salad was just lettuce and dressing aside. Food which was Hibachi Chicken and Steak, they were O.K.

Love this place! Fast and fun service. Our chef was great. The hibachi experience is the best. The food was great and so was the price. Everyone in the place gets a great show. I definitely recommend Ginza!

I give Ginza a 4.5. The owners have put a lot of work into decor and in the quality of your experience there. Food was great and the Hibachi Chef was entertaining.. This was Friday evening; Today talking to the Family I found out 9 out of our group of twelve spent yesterday on the toilet. So, Sorry Ginza but I have to change this to a single star.

We love this place! We eat here regularly. Fun show and awesome flavor in the rice.

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. My husband and I go on our anniversary every year and for random special trips. We live over an hour away, but if we want Japanese food this is our go-to. The food is always delicious and the chefs are always funny and entertaining. Sometimes I feel like the waitresses didn't understand what I was saying but it all got worked out and it's a very nice place to dine. $$$

Rushed thru...usually good not today! Ordered scallops and steak....scallops over cooked and prepared by cooking on one side NOT tender same with steak and shrimp......unreal. restaraunt was only to half capacity and well staffed .....disappointing. ...wont refer wont return

Food is always delicious and portions are huge. Seem to be understaffed which creates a longer wait time for orders to be taken, drinks to arrive, drinks refilled, etc. The major complaint is that the seats are too close together at the hibachi grill. Numerous chairs are crammed around the grills with barely any knee room or leg space at all. Weekends are extremely busy. I advise going for lunch or a weeknight. We’ve used the party room a few times over the years and it’s a nice place for a birthday dinner or other special occasion away from the crowd.

Great service great food good price!

Very good food and service. Well worth the price we paid. HOWEVER the hostess was rude and acted as if we were bothering her by asking to be seated after we waited at the entrance for 4 - 5 minutes. She walked past us twice and ignored us. We watched a party of 4 leave because they apparently got tired of waiting to be seated.

Excellent entertainment, even better food! I enjoyed a Hibachi and some sushi. Chef is always delightful and despite having seen his performance before, it still doesn't get old.
